I agree 100% plus for most of us gear will only improve training and eating results a bit, but will never turn us into people who are stage ready so to speak.
the point Im making to dillweed181 is that you can eat all the chicken and fish you like and take all the drugs you like, but if you dont go to the gym nothing will happen as far as muscle gain.

machine curl went from 120 for 5 til failure 2 days ago to 160 for 4 til fialure today

GAINED,40 POUNDS ON MY CURLS IN 2 FUCKING DAYS

the BODY BEAUTIFUL which i am in the process of creating has grogeous lines with...

1. ultra narrow hips and waist (THIS IS THE FOCAL POINT AND IT MMMMMUUUUUUUSSSSSSTTTTTT BE THERE)

2. wide shoulders set straight across, no sloped down shoulders like blowforshit or analballslicker

3. long legs and medium length torso

4. tiny joints

5. legs developed but not too big

p.s. I HAVE ALL THOSE STRUCTURAL BEAUTY POINTS  Wink narrow waist and hips, broad straight across shoulders, long legs med torso, tiny tinyass joints Cool Cool Cool Cool

now all i have to do is put the muscle in the right places

the point I was making is that you didnt go to failure, and the reason your curl is up 40lbs is that you weren't trying hard enough last week.

i can feel the deca working

my preworkouts suck ass now as they don't work as ive adapted to them and even my music was suckass cos my one phone which has best music connection to youtube is fucked so i use my other phone for music but it's connection is weak and i cant get such a high rage from the music as i could before

so... shit music and shit preworkout dont do fuck for me and it's worse, but... the DECA is kicking in so fucking hard and strong all that shit don't matter

tomorrow is tris and i guarfuckingtee they shoot up in weight as well

posted on 15's site asking for feedback and i bet some of them try to scam me to buy some of thier products, ie. gh, igf etc  Grin

but there are some good dudes there so hopefully i get some wise advices

why are you focusing on the weight on the bar?

Be There uses fuck all in weights on movements but feels the movement/wprls the muscle and has a championship physique in his fifities.

with your structure you should focus on training similar to what he does, your physique and joints will thank you, especially since you are in your forties

you need to get away frpom that heavy duty arthur jones lazy bullshit and train like a body builder, not a hoister turning purple trying to cheat curl on a machine.

not insulting you just making a suggestion

disgusted probably gave up because you dont listen and think you know everything which you obviously dont if you are taking gear advice from that ugly no muscle retard blaha

AJ himself said you can get all of the muscle building benifits without using more than 400 pounds on squats and deads and in most cases even 300 will be enough

but i dont even do squats and deads lol

i asked for feedback on 15s board about deca doseage

they got a thread on deca with 93 pages and im reading it now

seems like up to 2 grams is good and one guy says the magic happens at the 1.5 gram mark

btw i posted very good pictoral evidence of bob weatherhill losing hia gorgeous lines after he upped the dose, did you see that pic?

he was ripped and dry with a thick ugly belly and arms pecs lats etc weremt much bigger

SO..... FUCK DAT NOISE

each individual must find thier own perfect beauty weight and not go past it and get ugly like bob did and so dod francis benfetto 😢

Zane also lost aesthic beauty when he hit 2 bills 😣

arnold staed that he could curl the 100lbs dumbells with cheating form but got better results using 65lb and under dumbells

he had some pretty good arms and his gear was real too

got a 3 day pass to a diff gym and today i trained 3 times, yesterday it was twice

I usually train eveyday twice a day and train each muscle every 48 hours

Im bored to tears coz i have no work except twice a week or sometimes 3 days a week, and basically no friends

honestly it isnt so nice being a narcissit but like the eagles sang long ago... "and its so hard to change" from Take it to the limit
