His triceps were scar tissue and inflammation from Test prop. Ernie also had really small joints that made it look larger on him than others.

Always loved the story about Cormier saying Tyson was lucky he didn't get his ass kicked and how Cormier and Flex Wheeler went looking for Tyson later!

I remember being inspired by photos of Kevin Levrone wearing daisy dukes and a winter hat, with sunglasses, army boots, a fanny pack, and a jean vest with the arms cut off, doing biceps curls and I thought to myself "WOW!!!  I NEED to look like that!"

Was Evo right that Markus Ruhl could lay waste to your average fit/strong Manlet? I.e., myself, or say some ordinary lifter who weighs 180-lb say, with maybe a 285-lb bench or something? I agree that Markus has superior genetics, but it must be exhausting carrying that much muscle mass, no?

I miss TA...someone said he posts on Getbig, but outside the G&O.

Actually, theres a real story that happened on Hollywood, in the 90s, where Tyson and his entourage messed around with Cormier on a night club or something. Mike was drunk and Chris couldn't do shit lol

I don't think Ronnie ever had a full time job. I don't know the classifications of cops in Texas but it was Jersey he would be a Class II cop. A part time cop while the full time ones were Class I's .
