Im in about 5K of debt that I have to sort out soon. Rent, car and so on and I just haven't got it. Cant get a bank or loan or anything. Anyone got any tips. Doesn't have to be legal.

5K of debt is not very serious. I know people that have close to 100K of debt.

What type of debt is it?

Credit card debt:
Who cares. Don't pay it. It will take years before they even get you to court. If you live in one of the 4 US states where wage garnishment is not allowed, even better.

IRS:
Call them and negotiate a payment deal with them.

Loan shark:
Gay 4 pay.

I know a guy who made two grand in October selling generic viagra, all the guys in the gym need it/go mad for it. Buy for a euro each and sell 4 for €10 (2.50each), aurora 100mg sildefinal from India are the ones I bulk ordered. You mentionwd short term debts. First call all creditors and tell them of your situation and change your payment dates ( they will allow you a few weeks even a month if you contact them.) Once you have told them you’re going to be late, prioritize your debt: Rent first, car second etc. This gives you breathing room. Then hustle.

5K is nothing, I've cleared nearly double that in 2017.

Speak to your creditors, make arrangements (as long as they are reasonable, they should accept) and chip away week by week, month by month. IME as long as people have contact and are getting SOMETHING, they will leave you alone.

As someone already said, fortunately 5K of CC debt isn't a big deal. Depending upon your income you could pay that off in a year (or less).

Maybe seek out tools by Dave Ramsey?
