BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Lynne Hebert, 44, right, formerly of Mica Point Road in Barrington, for delivery of articles and possession of a controlled drug-carfentanil-subsequent allegedly on April 29, 2017, at the Rockingham County House of Corrections. Previously, according to the indictment, Hebert was convicted of sale of a controlled drug in Strafford Superior Court and possession of a controlled drug in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Henry Hernandez, 26, of Washington Street in Haverhill, MA, for felony fraudulent use of a credit card allegedly at Toys R Us and Babies R Us in Salem between April 3, and April 4, 2017.

Tucker Homan, 33, of Maple Lane in New London, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on May 31, 2017, in Exeter.

Timothy Howe, 30, of Main Street in Ashland, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Aug. 3, 2017, in Atkinson.
Jessica Hudson, 35, of Cold Spring Circle in Rochester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine as well as driving while in possession of controlled allegedly on April 15, 2017, on New Boston Road in Newton.
Justin Irvin, 36, of Railroad Avenue in Seabrook, on two felony counts of reckless conduct. On July 15, 2017, he allegedly drove more than 100 mph in Hampton.
Derron Johnson, 42, upper left, of Feeding Hill Road in Southwick, MA, on two felony counts of receiving stolen property. On April 13, 2017, in Kensington, he allegedly disposed of a shotgun that he believed was stolen.
Krystal Kenny, 34, of Pickering Road in Rochester, for dealing in or possession prescription drugs-Gabapentin as well as driving after revocation or suspension allegedly on Feb. 8, 2017, in Portsmouth.
Amanda Kezer, 37, of Acre Street in Raymond, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to sell allegedly on June 24, 2017, in Raymond. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of one or more prior offenses.
Patrick Kiley, 30, of Kendall Pond Road in Derry, for theft by unauthorized taking – a jacket from Dick's Sporting Goods in Salem – and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on June 1, 2017.
