Depends on how you define "being built." According to sources, Trump was making renovations and fixing a previous wall.

I also read that they are building prototypes. However, I am unsure if the actual construction of the wall has begun.

According to reports, it still needs to pass congress.

The question was "has work started on the wall yet?" Testing "prototypes" in no way indicates or infers that work on actual wall has commenced. An actual wall will require acts of congress to both approve and fund the project, moron. Neither are forthcoming. You really are just plain stupid.
