She will get treated and either get better or die.....

To say someone battled cancer and won simply infers that people who don't get better didn't fight hard enough, and that isn't the case at all.

Mental state and attitude when facing serious illness does go a long way.

Waking up everyday seriously ill and eating when you don't feel like eating, drinking fluids when you don't feel like drinking, going for a walk when you don't feel like moving at all...this is examples of battling and fighting back.

Overall well being will improve if you do things rather than just lie down, give up and succumb to your illness.

The better you maintain your physical shape the more chances you have of beating cancer or any serious illness.

thats not how it works, you succumb to cancer because the treatment doesn't control the growth of cancer cells, it wouldnt matter if you were standing up or sitting down.

because of the memory loss the tumour caused he was eating and drinking all day long because he couldnt remember eating his meals, he walked everywhere as well.
