Protein foods are myth?

Almost one year i dont eat those meat and eggs that much. I eat 100g of chicken for all day. And im gaining.
Instead i take good amount of BCAA and Glutamine.
So what had been my effort of struggling for eating chicken breast that much since 1988? >:(

Great build man.  Honestly you just fell for the same thing we all did.  I used to slam all sorts of protein foods.  Shakes, protein bars, chicken you name it.  I was always farting and bloated.  I changed my diet to mostly plant based because as I got a bit older I just felt like shit all the time.  It was the best decision I ever made.  I eat tuna and chicken witb rice now but i don't eat a lot of it.  Couple times per week.  The protein myth is exactly that.....a myth.

yep.... did the 1 gram per pound of bodyweight thing for years.... made gains.. but spent alot of $ and always had the full feeling.... been at 1/2 gram/pound for last 10 years.... feel great ... didn't lose any size... and a bit leaner... no red meat for last 20 years.... all 🐔 and 🐟

Exactly. Also how many of 1kg chicken breast can be absorbed into muscle? Maybe 50 to 100g? Or less? Maybe its non sence that you consume 2kg of chicken breast for expecting significant muscle gain

Reminds me of those 250mg test a week threads on other forums lol

1.eat 250g protein and take 1-2 grams of gear and gh for years while lifting heavy
2. Go down to 100g protein 250-300 test, 4iu gh
3. Go tell everyone on forums you got to 230 jacked on no protein,1cc of test, and low dose gh and lifting feather light weights for sets of 20 with 30 seconds rest
