1.eat 250g protein and take 1-2 grams of gear and gh for years while lifting heavy
2. Go down to 100g protein 250-300 test, 4iu gh
3. Go tell everyone on forums you got to 230 jacked on no protein,1cc of test, and low dose gh and lifting feather light weights for sets of 20 with 30 seconds rest
