If you want to absorb 100g of protein, you should eat more than 1kg of chicken breast.
So, even if you eat 2kg of It, you will absorb protein of less than 200g. So, its meaning less yo gain your your muscle with food only.
So. Mega dose of good quality bcaa and Glutamine can solve the problem of protein intake.

Exactly. I am not so lean now but i am not fat.
Because I do The heat style cardio. Very efective

so about 40grams I would probably take a little less glutamine about 20 but it works good for. If your taking large spoons it could be 80 the say using really high dosage can make really depressed and nutty
