"My starting point as I’m looking now. 15 weeks to go till show @arnoldsportsau my body weight is 245lbs right now. I’ve been cleaning out for the last 6 weeks before we start final show prep. So I’ve got some growing to do. My goal is to be onstage at 244 lbs with size shape symmetry. 2016 Olympia i was 222 lbs no legs no back due to time off and knee injuries, well that’s in the pass over and done with. Mark my words I will be better. My goal is to look better then I did at my last showing in 2016. If God’s willing and I can bring 80% of The Maryland Muscle Machine then it’s on baby. "


At least he admits his deficiencies from the 2016 show...

He can't show up in worse shape than at the 2016 Mr. O.  Will he be top 5 material at the Arnold Australia?  That remains to be seen.

He needs to weigh atleast 260 in shape to place high, all that 245 bullshit isn’t going to cut it! If he was serious he would of been over at oxygen gym 4 months ago and stayed taking a ton of gear and training like a freak, that 1990s bullshit isn’t cutting it in 2018! Yeah those guys were the best era of bodybuilding but those 1990s methods aren’t cutting it in present day! Combined with politics Kevin will have to be a freak and out mass and out condition the lineup to win or place top 3!

I’m sure he was also around 220 to 230 max during the 2002-2003 Mr O

He hasn’t been near any where 240’s or 250’s for more than 15 plus years and to do it now in his 50’s....

A legit 250’s Kevin was back in the mid 90’s

it went out of business, so no he didnt do a very good job , and i doubt he ran it, thats to much for him to process, the only things kevin can process in his brains are , lube, roids,  chicken breasts, and lifting weights
