He deserves the injuries, i have three titanium discs never trained hard or heavy agin still go 6 days a week, just dont see the point in going through that recovery again. Happy to concede the lighter physique and less intense workouts as a pay off for longer less injury prone life, age and slowing down to accommodate it is always a factor. Its beyond stupidity trying to train like he does post surgery.
