Um, not sure what you mean about dieting principles, I just eat around 2500-3000 calories a day of quality foods. I try to focus on nutrient dense foods, that have a wide variety of vitamins and minerals, natural foods (not processed), clean proteins, healthy fats, and clean carbs. This diet gives me the fuel to thrive and live the lifestyle that I desire, I have a highly active life outside of the gym, I like to surf, hike, bike, run, swim, and do various other things. When I eat fast foods which you listed I just feel like shit, so I have no desire to eat them, I love the way my diet makes me feel energy wise and what it does for me physically (yes looks wise) so I found the formula that works for my system. If you enjoy eating those foods, more power too you bro, you are lean so I guess thats great if thats your goal, but my goal is not just to look good on the outside but feel amazing, the better you feel the more you are going to be able to enjoy your life, you'll have more energy to do the things you want to do. So thats why I eat the way I do, I just want to continue to do the things I am doing. But good to see that you are still training my friend, wish you the best in your fitness pursuits!
