Eating on a budget is easy. Buy a 5lb container of protein and then go to the dollar store and buy boxes of cookies, honey buns, chocolate, candy etc.

Take 2 scoops of protein in the morning and eat some cookies and candy

take a scoop of protein before workout with more chocolate

Take a scoop of protein after workout with some chips and honey buns

5,000 calories worth of food is like 3 dollars at the dollar store at the MOST. lol

That's good advice actually but ime real food works better than pro powder

The tuna I got is a sp!c Mexican mix in honor of my 2 sp!c buds here coooch and chegay

I'll eat 2 or 3 times at home and once a day go to mcdulls or get some ch!nk food in honor of my toady fat ching chong bud sucksfagz1900times

Chinese buffets were always a staple during my "powerlifting" (LOL, perma bulking really) days - I got up to 270 at 5'11" so I know a thing or two about eating cheap.
A Chinese buffet will allow you to eat way more rice and meat than you could buy for that same price if you bring your appetite and devote a good 45 minutes to eating like it's your job, the high sodium makes for a nice cushiony bloat around the joints the next day for some heavy lifting too!

Adding olive oil shots to your shakes as well as a banana can bring up the calories pretty quick and cheaply. For total ectomorphs, further adding a couple scoops of ice cream ramps up the caloric content even more.

6-8 Eggs for breakfast (at least) and a bunch of high calorie milk/protein powder shakes + Chinese buffet everyday = cheap way to get as big as your appetite can handle.

Is it healthy? My guess would be no.
Does it work (really well) ? Yes, absolutely...

Mom has put her foot down and she is cutting down on the cash that she sends me on a monthly basis, and yeah i could make more cash on my own by working harder and getting more students but id rather just stay lasy and train at the gym 3 or 4 times a day (actually i have cut it down to 2 or 3)

Anyways, need some advices on what to do bout eating on a budget

I usually go to mcds for breakie and another meal and then to sucksfags ancestors ching chong rest for 3rd meal or to pizza slut, but now i have to cut that down to once a day and have more meals at home but i rather refuse to cook so home meals have to be something i can eat without preparing, yes i really am that lazy lol

Guess i could stick to tuna out of the can and peanut butter out of the jar as i refuse to even make a sandwich lulz

The cals will now drop by defult so i guess we will see how well dbol works in a cal deficiet

Maybe one of you fellas could prepare meals for me catering style and send them on over my way 😁

Just invest your mums money in bitcoin and you will be fine :)

Ok. Now seriously here’s how to do it cheap.

Carbs - rolled oats or rice or quinoa or potatoes. All very easy to cook and very cheap.

Fruit and veggies- buy bananas in bulk. Carrots and then a few leafy greens.

Protien - I think it’s overrated, but drink milk, use a few scoops of fart power with some meals. Egg and bulk meats if animal protein is your thing. Otherwise beans and chickpeas and lentils.

That's right, forgot bout fruits

Dont have to prepare them, im too lazy to even skin a carrot for fucks sake 😄

Potatoes are good and cheap but again its a fucking chore letting the boil in the goddman hot water til they are soft enough takes at least 60 fucking minutes, so... Fuck them

And sea thanks for the advices that's alot like the Dr. Blakely Bulk but i wanna tighten harden up a bit again so not the best choice pour moi

Probably the worst diet ever from a nutrition stand point, every single food listed is processed, loaded with sugar, zero vitamin and minerals, zero fiber, zero essential fatty acids.
Here:
1: 6 whole eggs, cup of oats
2: 2 can tuna, rice cakes, if you need but ketchup on the tuna
3: pre workout: non fat chocolate milk/banana
4: post workout:protein shake/sugary cereal with zero fat/zero fiber (rice crispies is good)
5:6 whole eggs
6: 2 cup cottage cheese/ 2 scoops all natural peanut butter
Only thing on this diet you need to cook is the eggs

Good whey has some vitamins, and nobody cares about all of that other shit.
You realize you're talking to DJ right? Who eats nothing but mcdonalds and fast food right lol? As if that's any healthier. Yeah of corse your diet is better but he doesn't have the discipline to do something that simple even if he says he does. He'll almost NEVER cook eggs by what i've heard.

Good point, but honestly the diet I listed is pretty solid and has almost zero prep time, what I don't understand is this guy is spending money on juice, training 3 times a day, but is too lazy to cook?? I don't get it. Probably takes more time to do injections then it does to cook eggs lol.

kind of looks a little like my diet right now haha (while my wife has been away) ... heavy on the daily whole eggs, tuna and cottage cheese ... minus the sugary stuff ... and add veggies (frozen broccoli & cauliflower mix for me.)

Its a solid diet, the sugary stuff would be just on workout days, insulin spike pre/post workout thats when you can get away with eating stuff like that. Obviously I didn't add any greens/veggies, probably too lazy to steam them, and if he wants can eat spinach / kale raw, but both are a bit pricey and he's trying to save money for girls and juice ;D

Doesn't matter at all. Your limited knowledge is based in nonsense written by other people on the internet who are straight out liars or armchair experts at best. You haven't learned anything at all, because you are delusional and inmature and there's nothing to learn about when your progress is so shitty that there is no difference and it's like you never started in the first place.

If you weren't dumb as fuck you would have realised that as your results are so poor there's something you are doing wrong, maybe all of it. Maybe you'd have agreed with us that you don't know what the fuck you are doing and started to fix your lame training. Maybe you'd have started to eat like a normal independent adult, and later as someone who is trying to add muscle mass. And only later started to add anabolics here and there with enough consistency to reevaluate your program and fix what doesn't work with time.

But the only thing you are capable of doing is to up the dosages, and later cry because this or that anabolic is shit or "doesn't work on you", and repeat this behaviour for years. You are a waste of gear but it's probably bunk anyways.
This post is so spot on it should be quoted in response to every single DJ post. Its not personal or attacking its just the honest truth. Dude talks with this certainty as to what AAS compounds work and don't when he obviously knows absolutely nothing about them. Too lazy to eat right too lazy to train right but he's still able to make it to the gym on the reg with his severe mental illness so there's always that I guess

I couldnt eat six cooked eggs at one sitting if my life depended on it.

and no where near enough carbs in that diet for an active individual.

Plenty of inmates survive on peanut
Butter and ramen. Throw in some oatmeal and milk. Can't be more than $10/day.

Shit... Jar of peanut butter and gal of milk have like 3500kcal each. That's 7k kcal for what? $5?

Diet listed probably has 250-300 carb, 50 gram from oats, say 5 rice cakes = 45 carb, banana =30 carb, chocolate milk= 25 carb, post workout cereal 100 grams, then whatever is left from the peanut butter and cottage cheese maybe another 20, it's a decent amount for his weight along with a good amount of fat for energy as well. All the macros are pretty well balanced. Like I said it's a pretty good diet if you hate cooking food. But it's all individual anyway, definitely better then the whey,  cookies, and cake the other guy recommend lol.
