Eating on a budget is easy. Buy a 5lb container of protein and then go to the dollar store and buy boxes of cookies, honey buns, chocolate, candy etc.
Take 2 scoops of protein in the morning and eat some cookies and candy
take a scoop of protein before workout with more chocolate
Take a scoop of protein after workout with some chips and honey buns
5,000 calories worth of food is like 3 dollars at the dollar store at the MOST. lol
Probably the worst diet ever from a nutrition stand point, every single food listed is processed, loaded with sugar, zero vitamin and minerals, zero fiber, zero essential fatty acids.
Here:
1: 6 whole eggs, cup of oats
2: 2 can tuna, rice cakes, if you need but ketchup on the tuna
3: pre workout: non fat chocolate milk/banana
4: post workout:protein shake/sugary cereal with zero fat/zero fiber (rice crispies is good)
5:6 whole eggs
6: 2 cup cottage cheese/ 2 scoops all natural peanut butter
Only thing on this diet you need to cook is the eggs
