meal 1 5AM
4 whole eggs
4 oz steak
1 whey shake protein
1 tablespoon coconut oil

train  then i will eat my cabs
meal 2 (only carbs it is under 40/50 total carbs) 1/4th steel cut oats + flax, chia + Quinoa  
1 cup liquid egg whites

meal 3
6 oz steak
avocado
asparagus

meal 4
6 oz chicken
avocado
asparagus

meal5
whey shake - 1-2 oz nuts

meal6
egg whites and herbal tea + lemon water (relax.cool me, kindeys, liver)

i salt every meal


i will snack on insects (queen ants, superworms, bamboo worms)  i studied entomology for 1 year and....they taste great, super dense in protein, and have texture! they sorta taste like a pretzel if you do it right  

i am not blowing smoke on the insects, i will post pics. i ordered some more



i can eat out at restaurants if i am meeting with people. i am in serious diet mode, just tell the place exactly how you want it. meet someone for saturday brunch etc

i carb cycle will carb load the day before i have posing practice.

so i will go sometimes 5-6 days on this diet then carb day, i will go 400 grams of carbs zero fats, limited protein.

I feel too long on keto diet, you are missing out on awesome body pumps, the tricking of your body etc. i will eat tons of sweet potatos and rice on carb up day.

goal is to be 7% legit drug free this year

Meals size is going to vary depending on size of the person. Guideline would be 1.5-2g of protein per pound bodyweight,  .5-.75g fat per pound of bodyweight,  and 30 carb or less per day.

Absolutely,  the reason why most people feel like shit on keto is the electrolyte imbalance, 15-20g salt is essential,  bullion cubes are your friend as well as pickles.

2. Tuna/chili Ramon Noddles

3. Chicken with skin or hamburgers some carbs glass of koolaide

4. Pizza or chicken rice

5. Chiken, hamburgers what ever

6.protein shake , peanut jelly sandwich

Try to eat a peice of cake or pie or can of fruit during the day night aim for 300g of protein I try to eat mostly simple carbs it just works better is easier
