whats your opinion why they do this?? i have Mexican American friends where im much darker then them....im white and they are hispanic... but my Samoan buddy is dark as hell...and is considered white...a flaw in the system? what decides the factor in the USA if someone is White, Black, Hispanic, Asian...or should they say "other"?
