meso is a good dude but he's lying about most of his claims, i believe that he's 5'11" 195 but there is NO FUCKING WAY that his arms are 19 , i called him out on it a few months ago and he pussied out some of his strength claims i believe like the dips and curls but the 405 bench and the 200lb. db extensions i don't believe for a minute.

my arms as i stated are just UNDER 19 inches... go back and read and stop trying to embelish... i havent pussied out of nothing.. since there is nothing to back out of.. also i said my gym had gotten a 180 db ... and i used it to do tri extensions.. so i dont see why they always make a big deal about it in flex... go to the training forum
