Forearm Tendinitis
« on: February 14, 2018, 12:50:19 PM »
I am suffering from the worst forearm tendinitis. My left arm. Im taking like 20K miligrams of fish oil, and icing daily. I even have those electric stimulant machines, but I havent been able to keep it from hurting. I started taking Advil before back and bicep workouts just so I can keep working out. Not sure if this is wise to do, but I can't stop working out now. anyone have proven cures, or can give me a workout that wont inflame it? Doesn't bother me, on anything other than pulling excersises. Thanks...

I tried these stretches and will continue, but I think I must have let this go too long, and did some real damage that only stopping would cure, but not sure for how long, plus I wont stop anyway. haha

Hey man thanks. LOoked it up and think this might be the trick. Thinking of stopping for 2weeks of bicep and back just to see how it goes before dropping the coin. Thanks again. The lead doctor has an office about 45minitws from me.

talk to the doctor about it. i had it done in the right upper forearm. injection 3 times each 10 days in the same spot. so 1 month - 3 injections.

it will hurt a bit for some days and the skin can get irritateted, but for me it was worth it. i would stop training for this time or only light weight. let it heal and dont take any anti-inflammatory tablets.

A lot of times forearms issues are from your wrist extensor being weak compared to the antagoniste muscle. Ive gotten rid of wrist pain by working wrist extensor, also helps with elbows.

Hey Bud, what did it cost? It's getting crazy. I want to put an end to this. Doing biceps is embarrassing at the gym.

Stop doing straight bar curls if you haven't already.

I think that's what did it, to be honest. Nothing puts on size like a straight bar but you aren't the first person to say it. What I've been told it isn't so much the straight bar as it is the elbows flaring out as it gets heavy
