Played with it: stretch arm strong, Atari 2600 and 5200, Evil Kenivel wind up motorcycle, Million Dollar man fan club. Got into RC cars, had the Tamyia Rough Rider, Frog, Bolink Digger 10, and bought an Associated RC 10 right before I stopped messing with RC stuff.
Only got PBS and CBS growing up so didn’t watch much tv. In 87’ my parents bought the old style 8’ satellite dish and we then had 24 or 25 satellites with I think 24 channels each. It was all unencrypted back then. When the national news networks would break for the local stations to run commercials the camera continued running on the news anchor. You could watch them pick their nose, get more makeup, and usually cuss at someone behind the camera!
When my parents went to bed I would stay up and watch the Playboy channel or American XXXstscy! I was 17 then, not much else on my mind!

Yeah a few years ago I got back into them and bought a bunch of traxxas.bandit ,stampede,rustler and a few others.Spent around 2500-3000 on them and all the lipo batteries but it was fun.Bandit hit around 70mph.shit was crazy fast and hard to control at that speed.Would burn the tires,good stuff.

Shit I had the evil kenivel wind up also sometimes you would wind it up and it would just shoot out on its own mine broke within a month....did you have any metal Tonka trucks I had four of them man those things could take a beating
