Just lean and very small. Pro roadies are miniature in the real world. A 6ft dude at 65kg is tiny so their bone structure is on display (also why they bust collarbones all the time).

When i used to watch the track worlds at the velodrome some guys were fucking massive. Boatloads of drugs but when you looked at their training routine you could understand why.

His quads are 28inches. He's only 5'9" with a unique structure, so his muscle development looks almost goofy. But, he's a real athlete competing in a sport.

What's her leg routine?

???

The size she has is 1. crazy genetics 2. She's a sprinter, to be specific, Kirin.

When she's not training here (she travels A LOT) she trains at the Olympic Training Center. Our routine is nothing special, it's the same one she uses on the road and at the OTC.

Olympic lifts, Heavy squat (yes, box) and a TON of posterior chain both bi and unilateral. We always train conjugate

Her track routine is crazy, mostly Alactate sprints with one lactic ride per week (62-70 miles inside of two hours)

Unless she is motorpacing, she doesnt ride  62-70 miles under two hours, lol. Three hours, maybe. I was just at a pro race in Greenville, SC and the pace was 26.7 mph for 2 hours...

I'm talking about her once a week lactic ride (road cycling) and yes, she does. I don't set her cycling schedule.
