Good thread grinch. There is a movie on amazon called Science of fasting. It seems pretty legit and well documented the health benefits of it. I can tell u my anxiety is waaayyyyy less when I fast all day. I'm more comfortable around people.
Today I fasted all day until 5pm, then had 6 simple sushi rolls that had white rice(salmon, yellowtail) with 2 draft beers. I'm assuming I'm still sub two thousand calories. Currently cutting.
