There is a video on youtube of him taking a home HIV testing kit to prove that he wasn't HIV positive. He took the test and showed everything very diligently. The test came back negative. But he has admitted to testing positive to gonnerhea and clymidia dozens of times over the course of his career. And he definitely has herpes, all porn performers do.

HIV is extremely difficult to catch from heterosexual activity. But these guys have screwed so much tail in their lives that they get bored from it and venture into trannies and men.

In one of those Rocco videos he talks about how he was stealing food from a restaurant he worked in, and he asked the restaurant guests about where he could work as a porn actor. The guests became offended, complained, and Rocco got fired from the restaurant. He appears to be full of himself in a quite nauseating way and he seems to have no regret about having done those things.
