I've said it before and I'll say it again. A mid-card bodybuilder from the mid 90's by the name of Ian Harrison was better than Dennis Wolf. This goes to show the improvements in quality over the last 2 dozen years.  Roll Eyes

Other than his arms being a little undersized (in this day and age SEO would solved that, but hey what's fake muscle in today's bodybuilding) he's much better than Wolf. Wolf is big but on stage, too many flaws.

The interviews he did with Trevor Smith were great, like when he said the first time he used GH he was gaining 2 pounds a day while dieting.

Ian Harrison wasnít even a threat to place in a top 5 in a minor IFBB show. Never. No competitor was ever concerned about Ian. He was not a threat.

1990ís proís like Porter Cottrell, Jon Sherman, Henderson Thorne, Alq Gurley and Milos Sarcev beat Ian like he was their bitch.

How the hell could Ian step up to a beast like Wolf??

And Wolf has won at least 6 pro shows. One of which was the Columbus Ohio Arnold Classic.

He also won a newer type of Arnold Classic (in Europe?)

Only thing Ian had was those quads. Once he tore'em, he was done.
Ian didn't tear his quads.
Ian damaged both knees squatting at 17, he then learned how to train smart, that's when he made his biggest gains using pre-exhaust.

He went into wrestling after bodybuilding, he didn't retire through tearing quads...
