I've said it before and I'll say it again. A mid-card bodybuilder from the mid 90's by the name of Ian Harrison was better than Dennis Wolf. This goes to show the improvements in quality over the last 2 dozen years.

Other than his arms being a little undersized (in this day and age SEO would solved that, but hey what's fake muscle in today's bodybuilding) he's much better than Wolf. Wolf is big but on stage, too many flaws.

Ian damaged both knees squatting at 17, he then learned how to train smart, that's when he made his biggest gains using pre-exhaust.

He went into wrestling after bodybuilding, he didn't retire through tearing quads...
