yeah but it's dedicated to mostly bodybuilders and only a few powerlifters. feel free to contribute.

It is natural, natural simply means not taking steroids, pro-hormones, or testosterone boosters of any kind. and also taking HGH is not natty either. Taking protein, whey protein, all kinds of proteins, amino acids, creatine, glutamine, pre-workout drinks (that do not have any test boosting ingredients) is ok
