How do you guys both squat and do cardio without getting crazy blood pumps on the cardio like cycling after about 1 minute?
How about not doing cardio on leg day
I cycle to work. Last three yrs I didn't do squats but started doing them again. Up to 100kg squats now. Was at 185kgs before. But then I could only cycle 1 min and then roll for 30 secs. My legs are bruised to shit after even one set of squats now.
Go fully hipster and get an electric bike.But seriously, how far do you bike a day?
