Front raises
Side raised
Cable upright rows (wide grip)
Reverse flyes

I do traps on chest day because traps and chest are my weakest bodyparts.

and then sip an intra workout shake containing 75g high glycemic carb, 10mg bcaa, 20mg EAA, 10 gram creatine, 10 gram glutamine, 20 gram whey hydrolysate.

Not unless you also leg press as well. Upper and lower body work outs are appropriate on Easter Sunday.

Dump front raises,they are pointless.Front delta get hit all the time.Completely redundant exercise.

Pick up an appropriate tension in a rubber resistance band and crank out 1 arm side laterals after your regular dumbbell laterals. Attach the lower portion of the resistance band to something low and stable. And let the working arm come behind you at the start of the movement. Then start cranking out the reps. Torch those side delts one arm at a time...back to back sets with no rest. Trust me on this. This will blow up your side delts. Side delts are everything when it comes to shoulders.
