There’s no need to be shocked over this. It’s standard ghetto behavior. If there something that can be robbed, you rob it. If there’s a girl that can be raped, you rape her. Friend of mine had his underage daughter run away and was living with some creep. The police weren't doing much so he took action. He went to the apartment they were at and it just so happens a party was going on. He lets himself in and proceeds to break the creeps jaw and inflict multiple injuries. Rounds up his daughter and goes home.

Things don't look real good legal wise for our hero and jail time looks probable. After legal defense and jury trial he's let of with no jail and a standing ovation from the jury.

I think everyone can see by now with Wikileaks and all this FBI shit that our justice system is insane and completely corrupt.

The law is not being enforced equally, appropriately, or in some cases....at all.

There is no defending. This is a heinous crime. However, there is a reason for the probation. And oftentimes, when you look at the facts of the case (weak, strong) or arguments of both the prosecution and the defense, and filings (or lack thereof) you find the "reasons".
