Looks like South Head in Sydney.

Popular place to commit suicide. People jump from the cliffs.

You would do better right at 250 lbs or something?

My guess a torn hamstring or quad would be in your future if you tried it.

Parker is smart enough to not be 250 pounds or call himself an athlete

Ok. How about when Kevin breaks the world record in bench.

Would that qualify him an athlete since powerlifting although not an olympic sport is still a sport?

It’s the use/abuse of gear that often makes these guys so brittle. This ... and simply overdoing everything.

Oh, and the tireless pursuit of becoming/staying too lean.

When the instructor dude sees him tumble from the ledge, and then hears the yelling, he’s probably thinking, Oh, what the bloody fuck, man.

Seems like a nice, chill guy in his videos.  Did you train with him at Golds?

Ygold's venice- we both competed same NPC event (Culver city) same division where he stomped everyone.

a few things -
Australian dudes who are alpha male types/athletic etc they live 10x faster than the white American equivalent. they are more frat bro, more extreme sport types than us Yankees so this behavior is not shock to me

he needs a hardcore trainer/personal manager - cus demato type. just train like a badass, live in remote area, win tons of shows and then win the Mr Oympia in mens classic too.  no distractions and just kill it - that would my advice to him. not quite exciting for the "gram" but become a champion....

ive posted this pic before and i love it. i am proud of it -  ;D

Maybe he's trying to emulate his friend Frank McGrath?

He's all done for quite some time and will never be the same. When are you competing again?

Frank was never the same after the car accident.  Has to be slow to be doing a cliff rappel with a bicep not fully healed. The Dr told him six months minimum and he was still doing physical therapy. Now he won't able to train at all.

When you rappel/abseil you have to lean back with your weight. It is counter intuitive but you really have to trust the rope and almost fall backwards. This happened to me as I was rappelling down a waterfall. I stayed upright as I went down. I ended up falling as well but grabbed the rope and slowed down my descend which ripped the skin off my hands. I did not have gloves on. Abseiling is not easy.

2-3 years.
goal is ifbb card in mens classic - while i have buzz  ;D  time to ramble

i am going to max out at my potential naturally(semi blah blah) as much a i can. get really good at posing then go into overdrive and compete several times for my IFBB pro card in mens classic.

trim/down get my walking around BF low/bring up weak musclegroups
posing like a champ, tweaking my diet
then 1 year-3 year run i will blast many shows but be smart and win my pro card.
that is my 5 year plan as a bber - no i do not work in the industry either so i am not selling or promoting anything

i taste it  ;D ;D

much love to this board for the good bbing content - Ive been on fourums forever and this one is solid -
