DROP, Interesting name! Were you ever a waiter at Flemmings?

We had an interesting 'plate dropping' experience  a while back and you just might have been our waiter.

Is so ....Small world!

Sorry ...off topic!

The Weider Instinctive Principle. In this Weider Priinciple, Joe allows us to access our own instinct to make a determination based on our knowledge of the entirety of the Weider Principles and training methods sourced from Weider publications.

Yes. the principle of convincing you that something you came up with and did completely on your own is  actually a result of the Master Blasters teachings.

Schmoe Principle: Court young male bodybuilders by telling them they have a future in the industry you own, schmoe like no one has schmoed before, and pay them fuck all. Profit.

another classic example. Actually quite brilliant.

Not a huge interest of mine but the "pre-exhaust" principle is intriguing. Flys before bench, leg extensions before squats etc.

The supersets one is the most useful and practical. If you don't have a lot of weight, you can do the pre-exhaust supersets, an isolation exercise immediately followed by a compound exercise (i.e. flyes and bench presses).

Or, you can use the antagonistic supersets (often called just supersets by old-school bodybuilders; Robert Kennedy of MuscleMag claimed he, not Joe Weider, invented the concept), like chest and back.

The Weiders didn't have any principles, that's why they were so successful...

I like to use the "Joe Weider Peak Contraction Principle" when having sex with a woman.  I assume DroppingPlates likes this Weider principle too - as said, I myself use it when I am with a woman during intercourse, before DroppingLoads.

In the gym, I also the "Joe Weider Instinctive Principle".  This principle involves listening to your body, and forming a workout based on internal signals your body tells your brain, based on the level of rest and recovery your body feels it has sustained in the time since your last body-part workout.

Also know as the Joe Weider COMMON SENSE PRINCIPLE - or "Do a workout based on the length of time in hours since your last workout focusing on the same muscle group".

I still prefer the Peak Contraction Principle - I also use the Instinctive Principle when scheduling sex sessions with women.  ;D  It's good to combine Joe Weider principles in your personal life like this.  :D

I would never use his g4p principle (too intense), but if you want to achieve maximum muscular development and rise to the upper echelons of bbuilding it's a must
