You forgot so I will remind you. I don't respond to your posts. You are a troll of the worst kind. Moronic. You bring nothing positive to any thread you participate in other than juvenile pot stirring. You are whats wrong with Getbig these days.

If and when that happens, I'll deal with it. For now, the benefits outweigh the potential, possible side effects.

Exactly, the next 30-40 years of my life are way too valuable to live through with low energy and strength muscle loss

Glad I made the choice just got my labs back, been on trt for almost 2 years, levels been consistent at 900-1100. The shots are nothing if you care about the quality of your life.

For me it works great!

I only do 250mg a week though.

Before that my system was fucked after hardcore gear use and i had to rely on fucking viagra. But not anymore. Problem now is not to let one girl know that two mistresses exist.  :)

When your prostate enlarges as it does in so many older men you won't be able to use HRT.  It's going to be some crash.

Prostate enlargement is a real pain in the ass.

Nope. Recent studies have shown that it is most likely increased/high estrogen that is the culprit for that in men.

If it was test in and of itself there would be an influx of young men who have it. It is generally an older individual issue once test drops/estrogen increases. Pretty much debunked at this point that TRT is the direct issue. Crisler has a good video on YouTube about it I believe.

The boners are ridiculous,  the good thing about going through a clinic is you are monitored and can request blood work at anytime, so you know your dht, progesterone,  estrogen,  testosterone,  free test, psa. You are not playing guessing games, so if one of those numbers is out of range the doctors can remedy that. For me when I first started my estrogen was out of range, so the doctor just increased my arimidex to 1.5 a week now everything is balanced and testosterone is optimized.

Speaking of the hassles of pinning...is it pretty safe to say at this point that glute injections you don't really need to pull back and aspirate anymore?...were at the millions of steroid injections by people around the world for decades...and I've never heard of anaphylactic shock..in fact Palumbo said even if you tried to kill someone by injecting right into a vein..its nearly impossible....

I guess its just a good habit..but don't think its necessary for glute injections of less than 3cc's. Maybe its good just so you don't lose gear if its spurts out after the injection.

I see my Doc every 3.5 months for pellets. Insurance covers it all, not even a co pay. Every one is different. I  prefer the pellets, takes about 15 minutes, next 3 days I'm a little tender in that area and then its all forgotten till my next appt

Thanks.

Does that mean strong or weak boners?

I could only use Aromasin for estrogen....  Both Letrozole and Arimidex seem to be toxic to my liver,AST ALT enzymes go up fast and high like I was using dbol.

Strong boners man, I'm sure you can request certain AI'S, I just use arimidex because that's what he prescribed me.

I am this close to starting HRT. I have contacted a supplier with a decent (if overpriced) supply system. I am about to request a test, and I think it will be low/normal. It will probably be low enough to qualify for this testosterone mill. But who wants to pin themselves every week for the rest of their late adult years? I know it will be a big mental health boost, but at what cost? Plus the whole hemocrit dilemma.

With the depression i was hit with, i wouldnt live long enough to see any old age related issues.

As another poster mentioned, there is heaps of BS around. Just look at men who have issues.... overweight, high estrogen, high blood pressure..... but they blame test for health issues lol. Fuck me, old guys have no test so it cant be the reason.

If you are old and fat you will have health problems. Nobody is scared about being fat so why the fuck should i be worried if im lean, fit and taking 125/wk test.

And i have done subq for 3yrs, all good. i do once a week sus250. i dont use enth anymore as 125/wk i would crash on day 5 or so. on Sus i dont crash at all.

A recent study showed a 30% higher chance of stroke, heart attack, death for older TRT users....Accept reality and live healthy/natural...

The risk of stroke and heart attack rises with age to begin with. If a person is on real trt they can do it safely by having regular blood work, exercising, healthy diet and weight control.

If they are under a Dr's care they can address bp, hematocrit, E2 etc and avoid health issues.

Now about the first BS TRT studies;

In 2014, the Journal of Urology published a study of over 1,000 men who were actively on testosterone replacement therapy for a period of seventeen years. The study found that men on TRT are more than 50 percent less likely to develop prostate cancer than the general population. The study also found that men who were treated for prostate cancer in the past can benefit from TRT, as long as their cancer is clear.
In early 2015, the Mayo Clinic Proceedings published a literature review that found there was no evidence that TRT increased the chances of a negative cardiovascular event. The review looked at several studies conducted since 1940, many of which cautioned that TRT increased the risk of heart problems. The authors of the review found many of the studies were poorly designed or used thin data to draw major conclusions. The authors cited a number of other studies, which showed that men on TRT have a lower risk of cardiovascular problems, compared to the general population.

Look at all the date before making a medical decision.

Another link to support that from mayo clinic in this article by Crisler if anyone wants to read it. Looks to be through 2016 the studies reviewed.

http://drjohncrisler.com/the-mayo-clinic-finally-coming-around-with-respect-to-testosterone-replacement-therapy-and-heart-disease-risk.html

Dr. John Crisler's Commentary - 2/28/18

Simply, this is a sea change for the conventional medical community’s position on Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT). It is best summed up with this one line from their paper: ”some of the FDA statements regarding testosterone therapy were lacking scientific evidence.”

IF you have any doubts about not only the safety of TRT, but its dire need in those adult males suffering not only low, but low-normal testosterone levels, I’d strongly suggest reading this paper. The included chart adequately shows the story.

As FINALLY admitted in this paper (we who practice TRT medicine in the field have known it all along), TRT is not only not dangerous, it is actually good for the heart!

TRT also does not increase the risk of prostate cancer, blood clots, or heart attacks. And it is very good for men with diabetes, both Type I and Type II.

Of note, this excellent paper also mentions the use of TRT for women.

There are more hormone receptors for testosterone in the heart than any other organ. They would not be there without good reasons.

There are risks to taking TRT, but all are completely manageable—when it is administered by a physician well practiced in the art."
