1,How did the baby get to be hanging over that balcony
2,What was it holding onto
3,How long was it before the other man came out & grabbed the baby
4,Why didn’t that man just pull the baby back up

Nah, if it was white dude would we ask those questions? From the news interviews there were enough eyewitnesses  around that could have  called BS and didn't. The man as you can see in the video, was trying to reach around a separation and was off balance. He was too chicken to try and climb around the separation. He reached over and grabbed the childs arm. Probably didn't have the leverage to pull him up, or isn't a get bigger with upper body strength. He made a wise choice by just holding onto the child until the one with balls was able to get in position to pull him up. If info comes to light that calls this into question, I'd be happy to revisit it, but it appears it is what it appears to be.  

I'm actually more suspicious of the claims of an extensive rap sheet.

It was just after 8pm that the four-year-old climbed over the front of the balcony and then dropped 15 feet on to the front ledge of the balcony below.
