IRonically PC..meaning well.. has given us a criminal state. There are literally areas where law abiding citizens are not permitted to go by the Criminal State...South Central in La, Liberty City in Miami, And and and on..and growing

The criminal state permits some day usage of these areas but will crack down on night usage without proper identification such as valid gang membership.

And at anytime the criminal state may induce a riot, forcing ALL law abiding citizens into their homes indefinetly as they get their fill of looting and pileaging.

Many people are hostages in their own home because of the Criminal State.

And people used to not have to lock their doors back when cops were "bad."

The Romans would appoint a Dictator for a 1 year term in times of great turmoil, usually civil strife.

This Dictator had ultimate power during this term to restore order.  Like martial law.

The USA could benefit from this idea.  The Dictator could have the armed forces go in and wipe out these gangs to a man.  No lawyers, no trials.
