If it's any consolation, I just turned forty, and I haven't been able to train since Oct. 2013 (had to get a colostomy bag for seven months, but was thankfully able to get the reconstruction surgery...only the process left me with a big a** hernia :/ ).  I'm fat, weak and about the only good thing I can say for my pudgy self is, well, gee:  At least I still look better than Blaha or Genova.

Real comfort, that.  I beat out a compulsive liar headcase and a fucking retard.  Yay me!

Well shoulders are a bitch if you cant press overhead. I have resided to a keep good shape and look and feel good priority. God bless all who push through injuries and still compete but i lost the fire bro. Actually the torn tri did me in. Arm strength all uneven and weird looking.
