As a youngster in the late 80's Quinn was the first bodybuilder I recall seeing or taking notice of in the mags, so he became a favourite, and being the dumbass I was a would read about how he thought Strydom was an ass so I figured Strydom must have been an ass (maybe he is, I have no idea).

Then I listened to his interview on the Bodybuilding Legends podcast and he spent more than an hour bitching and moaning and boasting about how much of a man he was - typical guido macho shit - and it occurred to me that he's an ass too.

And Strydom's physique is better.

yes he is living most of the year in Bangkok. He was also the personal Trainer of a good friend of mine, and trained him for some years in Bangkok.

Both guys are former champs

One guy took advantage of the opportunities presented to him and was consistent and did well. Probably leaned from a young age how to play well with others

The other fella had opportunities but put roadblocks constantly in front of himself and is coming off a bitter and jealous and loves pointing out what he thinks are flaws in others. Probably learned from a young age that he must be the smartest guy in the room and let everyone know it hence alienated others

For the record, fella number 2 did not ever compete in the mr canada

I was guy number 2 for a while, does not work out well in the end.
