do bridges - also a good neck keeps you looking young too
I just do neck bridges.I do the static hold for a few minutes and keep the weight on the top of my head instead of trying to touch my nose to the ground.
Could just be the angle and warping of the lense but yea pencil neck is not a good look
I use the Nautilus four way neck machine when I'm in the commercial gym. At home in my gym I use a weight helmet. I really believe it does keep your face looking younger.
