Ok but still I have a question : here in Italy cremation is quite expensive, roughly 5.000 euros.
Is it cheaper in the US?
Because I don't know if these people can afford it.
Cheap as heck, it's the normal way a lot of poor people get sent off. Cheapest I've seen is $600 for cremation and small service. No fancy urn supplied. While not legal in all States, some will let you rent a coffin for the service and viewing, then do the much cheaper cremation afterward.
