They make this little blank book called a diary where you write this sort of stuff. Try one.
research shows that sharing your goals with others greatly increase the likelyhood that you will reach them
If that be the case....then sounds like you're ready to post up those "before" pics. Attention whore correctly at least.
6-8 weeks6 meals per daystart at 2000 calories per day, the lowering caloriers by 200 every 2 weeksnot only will i lose fat, i will gain muscle during this time im thinking 60% carbs, 15% fat 25% protein
im not bored at all, im excited!im planning every meal now in detail!
do you think i should get a professional photographer to take pictures of my abs at the end of the diet?
You got me with the advanced meal planning part. I am much more of a spur of the moment type of person. There is no way I could plan exactly what to eat weeks in advance. Guess I will stick with the 'listen to my body' diet.
for those 6-8 weeks i will stop drinking sodas, eating snacks, candy and junkfood!
my diet pictures will be my before pictures, as soon as im done dieting im putting more muscle on
well i try not to overthink it too much, 6 meals is basically breakfast (which most people eat anyway, most of the time the same), lunch and dinner. and add to that 3 small meals (can be very small especially on a diet when you dont need to go overboard with calories, like a banana and a glass of milk)from my usual diet of way too many soft drinks etc just cutting out that will go a long way
Soda ruins everything. Tonic water with a generous squeeze of real lemon juice is much better. If you snack on a small quantity of either salted or unsalted nuts, it will boosts good fats and protein.
yes i will turn fat into muscle
I really like tonic water but it is full of sugar too, usually corn syrup.Gin and tonic on a hot day...refreshing.
If you like eating this, canned albacore tuna packed in water is a great way to insure you keep your protein intake high. There are 16g of protein, 0g fat and 70 calories in a 5.4 oz can. Kirkland Signature brand is great and not too expensive.
32 g of sugar in a 12 oz bottle or 10% of the daily suggested amount of carbs. One drink shouldn't be that big of a deal. If you prefer no sugar, go with club soda, which only has a trace of potassium and salt.
damn there's a lot of fat in everything. i will have a hard time getting 15% of my calories from fat.. probably have to up that to 25%not sure if it make a difference
goodthis 15% of that 30% of that counting protein/carbs/fats were driving me nuts
