What is the perfect rep technique?
Do you lockout, what is the best way to squeeze if you can't feel the muscle working? Cadence? Etc

You are over-thinking. This is not rocket science.
Unless you are training to failure on purpose go to one or two before failure.
For bodybuilding use a weight that allows you to get not less than 8 reps and not more than 15.
2-4 sets an exercise.
These are my recommendations.

I do 5 sets 7 reps very very slowly stretched as much as possible. Sometimes even stop somewhere in a middle of movement range to make sure the weight is really under control. Properly superlight weights on beginning and slightly heavier weights the rest of sets. Make it stressful as m.a.p. with controllable weights. My biceps never been so pumped like after such a precise technique. I think this feeling of having full control (of weight ) has something to do with some chemical processes in body
