What is the perfect rep technique?

Do you lockout, what is the best way to squeeze if you can't feel the muscle working? Cadence? Etc Smiley

You are over-thinking.  This is not rocket science.

Unless you are training to failure on purpose go to one or two before failure.

For bodybuilding use a weight that allows you to get not less than 8 reps and not more than 15.

2-4 sets an exercise.

These are my recommendations.
