Brush your teeth morning and night.

Rinse with mouthwash before brushing

Floss, then rinse with mouthwash before the night time brushing.

Use a flouride toothpaste.

Since you are a vegan you should know what plants contain calcium.  If not use Google.

Gingivitis is from plaque and bacteria on your teeth.

Gargle with acetone.

I use Prevident (Rx) tooth paste twice a day, floss a couple times a day, and brush with "Act Restore" like 5 times a day.
A bit fanatical about it, but I want to keep my chicklets into old(er) age. (if I make it).

Here are 15 foods that are rich in calcium, many of which are non-dairy.

Seeds. Seeds are tiny nutritional powerhouses. ...
Cheese. Most cheeses are excellent sources of calcium. ...
Yogurt. Yogurt is an excellent source of calcium. ...
Sardines and Canned Salmon. ...
Beans and Lentils. ...
Almonds. ...
Whey Protein. ...
Some Leafy Greens.

Marty, Best suggestion as some have suggested above is a visit to the neighborhood Painless Parker!

Your teeth may have additional problems that you may not be aware of
and even vegans need a decent set of 'chomppers' to chew stuff and grow big and strong.

I know nothing about 'Gingervitis" but has anyone else tried this toothpaste?

It's great and cleans your teeth, mouth, and tonsils better than any other stuff in a toothpaste tube!

I suggest you give it a try.

And to make this Bodybuilding related ... Do you realize that Steve Reeves never had a cold nor a CAVITY?

But he died anyway!

Sorry but I have no idea why this photo ended up way down there! Nor why it's so damn large.

Find a good dentist. Get a good cleaning, and see what is going on. Good oral health helps with overall health.

I believe iodine is bery helpfull for teeth.
You should see a dentist. Loose teeth means they could fall, if the situation worsen.
You will have to change your name to marty blows.
