My buddy owns a large mill building, lots of businesses inside, (including his own) he built a nice (amazing) loft apartment there since he's there most of the time.
Goes to his house once a week to make sure its still there, just has it for collateral...

Of course not although a lot of them dropped out at 15 and lied about their age to get into the military.  All during WW2 and Korean War.
