His reduction in size is a direct result from a change in his daily diet. According to his Twitter Page a last year he posted a tweet that had an outline of what he was going to be doing about his diet. Here it is!
5am. Sardines in mustard sauce, Protein shake
6am. Train
9am. Half a pound of Blind Robins, two full glasses of water
12pm. Train
2pm. Steak Salad, corn on the cob with a smidge of margarine.
4pm. Grilled Chicken Breast with hot sauce, veg. medley.
6pm. Chitlins Con Carne, Sour dough bread
8pm. Prawns with a corn salsa, asparagus.
10pm. Protein Shake with a full glass of water.
12am. Greek Yogurt with a scoop of Protein powder.
He followed up with another tweet stating: "In order to lose size you must eat. My meal frequency will be just about every two hours and will not have a reduction of carbs since I don't need to lose no fat"
Pretty damn good diet for those looking to lose size but not muscle. Try it out.
