I think Jordan Peterson got too big for his britches.
I didn't mind at all when he came out about Canada's law limiting free speech. It made sense. We shouldn't limit speech, even speech that we do not agree with. I think this is obvious.
However, as he became more and more famous, he started to talk about topics that were BEYOND his scope of expertise, even to the extent talking about nutrition, etc. It just seemed off. One day he is a clinical psychologist, a few weeks later, he becomes famous and is now a nutrition expert (sort of hyperbolic). I guess that is what happens when you have to create a lot of material and keep your fans paying.
Anyway, Sam Harris destroyed Peterson when they debated.
