since it's halloween i'm looking for some good horror movies to watch, preferably more obscure horror movies, everybody has already seen halloween, the shining etc

anybody watch that netflix series haunting of hill house?  any good?

The Babadook was also pretty good. Australian film.

A Quiet Place but more of a thriller.

those were alright,  the quiet place had too many scenes that were too silly like having a baby in that world

it follows was pretty cool

i also saw sleepaway camp for the first time, best ending ever

I liked the ending of Babadook. Lots of metaphors.

Slumber Party Massacres were all good, if you like cheesy horror, which I enjoy.

The grudge was prob the scariest horror movie ever seen.something about little pale white Asian kids with dark hair is creepy as fuck.

The ring is good.

Jeepers creepers is on of my favorites.

I was genuinely creeped the frick out the first time I watched SleepawayCamp.

Knew nothing about it and was alone in the dark.

The Beyond (1981) is also good.

Puppet Master, The Littlest Reich (2018) was fun -

The Puppet Master 3, Toland's Revenge, is probably the best of the batch.

I Drink Your Blood (1970) and The NY Ripper are good if you like sleazy grindhouse type stuff -

I don't recall if it was scarrie or not but KILLER KLOWNS FROM OUTER SPACE was good.

CHILDREN SHOULD NOT PLAY WITH DEAD THINGS also got my interest.

TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACARE II was pretty damn sick!

Creep and Creep 2 were decent, good actor, though he needs to put his crank away in Creep 2.
He played a real freak on Billy Bob's Amazon show "Goliath".

I love all horror, not big on modern Vampire shit though, True Blood seemed to ruin the genre a bit. As Walking Dead did for Zombies. (For me).
Art the Clown movies I liked. (Terrifier / All Hallows Eve series). Loved the Wolf Creek movies and TV show.

Always looking for more... Good thread.
