Worried about my recent bloodwork.
« on: December 04, 2018, 11:42:39 AM »
I’m on 500mg test enanthate only. I was pleasantly surprised by my total test levels so high being only on 2ml a week, but not gonna complain. The reason my progesterone is high is because I just came off 250mg/week of deca about 3 weeks ago. But I’m worried about my DHEA sulfate levels. I’ve never had it that high before. Yes it’s been high before, but never >1000. Any thoughts?

Too bad it doesn't say how high your free Test is. It just says >50.

I never saw the DHEA broken up into two catagories before, sulfate and serum. My blood test just shows up reading "DHEA" no mention of sulfate/serum but I assume serum.

Your estro is pretty high as well as progesterone. Are you able to go on some adex/aromasin for the estro and some Bromocriptine for the prolactin/progesterone?

BTW, is that Test you are using coming from a doctor (pharm grade) or UG? For 500mg/wk those are very low levels. I hover over a 1,000 just on 200mg/wk so I am down to 150mg/wk and stay at around 775. With 500mg I'd expect to be well over 2,000.

You're fooling with Mother Nature and messing with your body's processes.

Why are you surprised?

Get off the gear before you are permanently fracked.

Wouldn't you be asking the medically trained physician that prescribed these drugs to you?

Don’t worry about it. It’s just a genetic abnormality.

Sorry I meant to type total test instead of free test. But My total test is 12,000, not 1,200 FYI. And yes I’m on arimidex but I’m extremely sensitive to it, I either have low estradiol or high estradiol and it’s hard to get a good dose. .5mg
EOD dosage and I go low, and .5mg e3d and I go high.

I’m always on TRT dosage of 200-250mg a week but sometimes I go to 500mg a week for a cycle when I add deca or tren or EQ for a “blast”. I ran deca for 16 weeks and just came off it, I’m staying on 500mg a week of test until January 1st and then going back to 250

How old?  Is your TRT doc aware of all this?

I don’t see a TRT doctor and I do my own bloodwork before I consult my primary physician because I don’t want to be labeled as a drug user and lose my health insurance coverage, and I’m late 20s

Gotcha.

Sorry about all the questions Nick, but why are you on TRT in your late 20's?  I was at my natural peak when I was in my late 20's.

No worries man, I had a testosterone level of about 120 ng/dL when I was 21 because I reported low libido and my doctor didn’t want to treat me because of my age, she gave me some clomid to see if it would help, didn’t do anything, and then I switched doctors because I moved and never really brought up the issue again to my new doctor and I decided to self medicate since I was into bodybuilding anyways and was going to go down that route eventually. I want to see a real TRT doctor tbh. I don’t feel safe using UGL products

Go to a men’s clinic. It’s expensive but it’s legal and they do all the testing. My PCP was giving me 100mg weekly with no anastrozole or in depth bloodwork.

You shouldn't need adex on 100mg and you can just ask for the bloodwork. I think the easiest way to go is PCP if you're just going to do true trt.

If he diagnoses you with hypogonadism the extensive bloodwork and testosterone is covered by most insurance companies.  Be your own advocate.

Wow! 12,000 on 500mg/wk! Who's your source? That's some overdosed gear.

I know there are individual variances, but there is no fucking way that 500mg's yields 12,000.  Just not possible.

12000ng/dl on 500mg/wk is to be considered within normality

one could ask how long after the last injection the test was done but it is irrelevant because the dose is too high and the basal frequency too short

it's very simple: address the sides with more drugs or lower the dose to level the sides without having to use more drugs

250mg/wk ain't no TRT either

you have to understand, true TRT is only for supplementing the endocrine capacities

now a reflective question for VanB: (considering the total sum of related aspects) do u think it's better to

- stay on a low or mild AAS for longer time or
- get an extreme but shorter cycle

 awaiting the thoughts

Your test levels are high. Not as high as I would think considering your dosage. Mine tested at over 1,000 on 200 mg test cypionate a week and with no other anabolic steroids in use. What is more, I abstained for a week in order to bring it down for the lab tests, which my doctor uses to adjust the dosage.

It is possible because that’s what I’m theoretically taking. Maybe my gear is overdosed but I can assure you I only take 2ml’s a week. But my main concern hasn’t really been addressed, I don’t really care that my test level is high, I’m concerned with my DHEA sulfate levels, I’m reading it could be a sign of adrenal cancer or tumor, but all of the literature I’ve read doesn’t really talk about exogenous testosterone usage and if that could cause a high DHEA level

perhaps you are unwilling or unable to read comprehensively then

first look at your past base levels for reference
i'm suspecting you don't have any

then quit the exogenous T for two months

re blood test all values

if persisting, consult with further diagnose

there's nothing more to it except persevering in stupidity

I'm over 60 now and my testosterone levels are similar to a baby hamster.
Works well if you like being a chunky old fuk on his 8th failed marriage.

Hope this helps.
