For about 6 months now I have been training at a gym with a lot of college students.
I see them pencilnecks performing endles sets on the leg extension, pushdown, pec deck you name it.
They look with both awe and disgust at me doing 400+ lbs deadlifts.....
Should I (should we?) instruct them that if they wanna getbig they got to do the powerlift movements first?
Or should we just let them figure it out themselves?
Question: do you correct bad choice of exercise/bad form ?
