1. I've already explained that. The McDonald was closing. They close early at 7:30 precisely because of the homeless. Most people that work in the area have gone by then and that's when the homeless start coming out. They got rid of all the chairs and table about two years ago because of the homeless take it over and set up residence. You don't live in Hawaii and therefore have no idea of our culture. Sitting on the ground is very common. Especially when there is nowhere else.
