SCOTT, Block Arena!!! YES! Many times!

I also knew a lot of those wrestlers because I was a member in good standing of Dean's Gym where they all lifted heavy things and where a three-year old Dwayne (The ROCK) ran around  under the un-watchful eye of his dad.

I think I was the only Hauoli member  and possibly  the only one in 'good standing'.

I gotta assume that you are also familiar with the name of HOT-DOG-ANNIE .... at who's hot dog stand we used to gather after those Block Arena fights and devise ways to get on the spot TV and newspaper coverage for next week's battle.

I had no idea that you were back there then! It's possible that our paths have crossed!

Do you recall the name of the little local restaurant immediately next door to the Block Arena? We 'fine dined' there before every Block Arena event but have forgotten its name.

And possibly the names ... Hank and Valerie Grundman?

Those had to be Hawaii's best years ever! A lot of murder and mayhem, drugs, and shit and trips to Kaiser Emergency and every day on Ash-Can Beach which was actually that section of Waikiki Beach by the ash-can beghind the Royal Hawaiian Hotel.

Any of this familiar to ya?

The Scott

I was there for the return of the one and only Sweet Daddy Siki!  The Samoans loved the Sweet One!  Mad Dog Mane was there too (I think that was his name...fuzzy memory right now).  I would eat on base the small NCO (I think) club.  This is nearly 50 years ago...Dammit!

I cannot (yet) recall the Grundmans but yes to Hot Dog Annie's!  Been to Tripler Hospital a few times, and Hotel/Shit street was wild.  I recall a bus stop right outside a porn theater and they put a speaker out there from the movie playing...That would be "bothersome" to us, LOL!

Ate at many roadside diners with teriyaki steak and chicken.  Patti's Chinese Kitchen "King" plates were always a treat and Ala Moana headshops with their black light posters and "Keep On Truckin'" Posters, LOL!  Used to go to the movies at the Sub Base theater and saw my first R rated film there, "The French Connection" there in I think, '71.  Saw "Shaft" at the Ford Island Theater.  That was a riot when the lights went up!  Fun film that one.

I need a WayBack Machine, now!  Damn...I am old.  ;D

I'd be up for that. Are you flexible enough to sit cross-legged on the ground?
You know how indecent we natives are.

Although I appreciate the kind invitation that Basile gave you, he should pay for your burgers, I think!  :D

I thought there was a law there about sitting on the pavement or sidewalks? Btw, the sand gets hot at Bondi Beach in the summer, too. Smart locals were thongs or shoes. No way I recommend walking barefoot in Tropical or subtropical places.

Hey LOOSER, Aussie culture is seating on the ground so stop bullshitting.

Wow, how Aussie Abos,Maori of New Zealand,Indios of Amazonia, Africans , survive in tropics without shoes  ??? ??? ???

Oh boy, talk about scrapping the bottom of the barrel. Is that it? I took pictures a couple of months ago somehow knowing in advance I would have to prove it to you? No wonder everybody just shakes their heads and marvel at what an absolute dumbfuck you are.

BTW, there is someone here irl that claims you don't own any business nor do you have a family. You continue to avoid the question as to what business you own and run and I've never seen any pics of you with anybody.

How does it work again, Sherlock? Did I hire multigeneration of people: three-year-olds, teens, college students, thirty-something couple with children, people in their fifties, eighty-year-old grandfathers; or did I simply photoshop myself into random families?

Just beyond retarded. No wonder everyone here despises you.

Nice photo. Looks like you are the only family member with prominent ears.

Nathan “Pellius” Phillips.

so pedo is a "native"...interesting...strange that he is such a champion of US foreign policy and everything american in that case.

as it's the same policy that has left his people disenfranchised in their own land and the reason why pedo has to rent a wooden hut while the average house price on the island is way out his reach.

Walking on the beach wearing shoes, sandals... any kind of footwear seems off to me. Reminds me of the picture of Nixon on the beach wearing a suit. Didn't look right.

In Hawaii we walk barefoot in the sand and beach.

best self ownage thread i've ever seen!

pedolust still melting like an ice cube in the gobi

pedo, how you related to those folk in your pic? as you look nothing like any of them....

what's your ethnicity? another question you avoid like the plague...you keep talking about "haole"....

"Haole (/ˈhaʊliː/; Hawaiian [ˈhɔule]) is a Hawaiian term that refers to individuals who are not Native Hawaiian or Polynesian, usually white people"

but then you're always here championing US foreign policy and all things american....which one is it...a proud apple pie american? or a native hawaiian?

Let's see: you were up until 2:45 in the morning on this board and now here you are right back on at 9:00 am.

Seems your time isn't so precious after all, and that you've been lying about owning your own business and owning a home.

Sad.

PELLIUS, I thought I was familiar with every square inch of Oahu, but I have no idea where that photo of you sitting cross-legged was taken.

Am I as dumb as I think I am ... or is that Coconut Island (enlarged version) in the background?

BTW, who now owns Coconut Island and what's going on there these days? I was a guest there once upon a time (history! Sorry!) when it was owned/leased by some major insurance company. It had a great lagoon!

And ... Are the homeless individuals squatting on Waikiki Beach yet?

I gotta assume that they are probably squatting in full force at the Waikiki end of Ala Moana Beach Park. That's where I'd squat if I was a squatter.

Right at the corner of Kamehameha Hwy and Kahekili Hwy, about a half a mile from where I live.

I go fishing there and that's where the Kaneohe canoe team trains and practices.

Right behind me to the left is the estate where they filmed The Karate Kid and a few other movies.

Conker with his criminal record and prison sentence for his crimes now lecturing others on the seriousness of 'breaking the law' due to sitting down in a public area trying to eat their food in peace.

The most unaware and clueless person ever. I posted a pic where I had my hair comb back and he actually mocked my hairline.

Good God! Just so staggeringly stupid.

No, you committed a real felony instead and was sent to jail.

Nah, it'll be on me. I'll even get him to take off his shoes and feel the island sand under his feet as he breathes the ocean air.

It'll do wonders for the old codger.

So he just made that up. The idea that it's routine for anybody to walk on the beach wearing shoes or sandals anywhere didn't sound right to me, even in Australia.

Amazing how people will lie about the most trivial things.

LOL! I have no doubt the ratherbebig is this big, fat, pale blob. He's definitely fat judging by his posts and he obviously doesn't get out much, if at all, to see the light of day.

This is one person whose biggest nightmare would be that someone would get a picture of him and post it here.
