The van does appear to be roomy. I like the front porch setup with the awning. It also appears to have an electrical cord running to it. Everything a man needs.

Tbf if you're gonna live in a van that looks like a nice spot. If I was Smellius I would pitch a big 10 man tent give myself a bit more room to move around.
