yeah i agree 😂 too much food imo, (permabulk)
being fat - and taking PEDs do not mix ! way less effective when a user is fat
many times with a permabulk.... most never return or cut up - its a hard time to cut down (blood sugars are always high, fat cells increased in size)
i recommend all lifters do a hard core cut for at least 8 weeks per year (no booze, tons of cardio, low carb or low cal) and seriously cut up. take before and after photos
father time and perma bulk do not go well. ive been perma bulk for a good 1-2 years and it was a bitch to come off/size down. glad i did perma bulk for 1-2 years - made me understand my health
