I agree with the ruling.  Just another attempt to outlaw abortion completely and get around Roe Vs Wade as it was pretty clear as to its intentions.   Each abortion procedure would have led to legal challenge.   If you want to overturn abortion, then do it the right way

It's a simple runaround towards legal abortion.  They would have used the law to outlaw all abortion by filing suits to investigate whether it was born alive.  It's a shit law, Coach

It was actually meant to get all Democrats especially those running for president on record as being for killing live babies.  It worked.

No... it can't be killed. That was the point the Democrats were trying to make. Laws already exist to deal with this. What this new bill was doing was interfering in a Doctors treatment of the baby. For example, it requires them to immediately transport them to a hospital. As many groups including the OBGYN Association has said, immediate transport may be detrimental to the baby and end up killing it. Congress often times interferes where they shouldn't and unintended consequences are the result.

There are already laws that make killing the born an alive baby a crime. This new bill was trying to hamstring doctors abilities to deal with the baby. You should read up on it when you get a chance
